Addikme is a platform reserved for adults, allowing Creators in particular to publish and monetize their content and Users (Fans) to access it and interact with them.

Access to Addikme is restricted to persons aged 18 or older.

Users (Fans) must comply with the age verification process implemented by Addikme. Creators are also subject to an identity verification process and age verification before they can access the features reserved for them.

Addikme strictly prohibits any content involving a minor, as well as any non-consensual, coercive, exploitative or sexual content that violates the laws and rules applicable to the Platform.

Content published on Addikme is subject to the control and moderation procedures established by the Platform. Any content identified as potentially illegal, involving a minor or distributed without the required consent may be blocked, rejected or removed in accordance with the applicable rules.

To the extent that the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 apply to Addikme or to certain content available on the Platform, Addikme complies with the verification, information retention and compliance obligations legally applicable to it. U.S. law requires, in particular, where applicable, the retention of information allowing the identity and age of the persons depicted to be identified and verified.
