If you believe that content, an account or behaviour violates our rules, infringes your rights or may put someone at risk, you can report it to us. Every report is handled carefully and confidentially. 💡


What can you report ? 🔎

You can report, for example :

  • content published without consent

  • identity theft or impersonation

  • harassment, threats or abusive behaviour

  • fraud, scam attempts or suspicious activity

  • content that infringes privacy rights

  • copyright, image rights or intellectual property violations

  • an account, profile or content that does not comply with Addikme’s rules

  • a security concern or any other situation that may require our attention

Several options are available to send us a report. Simply use the option that is most convenient for your situation.


From Addikme 🚩

Where available, use the report button displayed on the relevant content, profile or section of the platform.

This helps us identify the reported item more quickly and review the situation more effectively.


Via our Support form 💬

You can also submit a report via our Support form.

Simply select “Submit a report”, then choose the reason that best matches your situation. You will then be able to provide the information our team needs to review your request.

To help us handle your report as efficiently as possible, please provide, whenever available :

  • the link or URL of the relevant content, service or profile

  • the username or account identifier concerned

  • a clear and precise description of the situation

  • any useful information, evidence or screenshots

After you submit a report 🛡️

Every report is reviewed carefully by Addikme. Depending on the situation, we may request additional information, limit the visibility of content, remove content, restrict certain features or suspend an account.

We may not be able to share the details of any action taken, particularly in order to protect the privacy and safety of the individuals concerned.


Urgent situations 🚨

Addikme is not an emergency service.

If there is an immediate danger, a serious threat or a situation requiring urgent intervention, please contact the relevant emergency services or authorities in your country directly.
