1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOU") govern access to and use of the services offered by Addikme (hereinafter "the platform"). By registering on the platform and using our services, you expressly accept these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use Addikme's services.

The TOU constitute a legally binding contract between the user (fan), the creator, and Addikme.


2. Registration and Account Creation

2.1 User (Fan)

To access the services, you must create an account:

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all activities carried out on it.

  • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • Access is restricted to users aged 18 or older.

  • The user acknowledges that they cannot claim any refund in the event of suspension or termination.

  • Any failure to comply with your obligations or these TOU may result in suspension or termination of your account, and no refund of funds credited to the wallet will be made.

2.2 Creator

To publish content and receive payments:

  • You must create an account and provide complete personal and banking information.

  • You must complete KYC verification to certify your creator status.

  • You are responsible for the content you publish and its compliance with laws and the TOU.

  • Access is restricted to users aged 18 or older.

  • Any failure to comply with your obligations or these TOU may result in suspension or termination of your creator account, and no earnings, accumulated revenue, or wallet balance will be paid.


3. Access to the Platform

Access to the platform is restricted to users aged 18 or older.

By accessing the platform, you confirm that you are of legal age in your country of residence to use our services.

All users and creators must complete the age verification step via our age verification provider (e.g., Yoti or equivalent).

This step is mandatory to:

  • Ensure access to adult-only content

  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

  • Secure the use of the platform

As long as age verification is not completed, full access to the platform and certain features may be restricted.

3.1 Checks, Controls, and Security Measures

Addikme reserves the right to perform additional checks and verifications at any time, particularly in cases of reasonable doubt regarding:

  • The actual age of a user or creator

  • The accuracy, consistency, or truthfulness of the information provided

  • The identity, behavior, or activity of an account

  • Compliance with these TOU and applicable laws

  • Any suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive use of the platform

Nature of the Checks

These checks may include, but are not limited to :

  • Request for additional documents (identity, age, personal information)

  • Enhanced identity or age verification via our partners

  • Manual or automated analysis of account activity, content, or transactions

Measures in Case of Doubt or Non-Compliance

In case of reasonable doubt, inconsistency, false declaration, suspicious activity, or non-compliance with these TOU, Addikme reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

  • Temporarily restrict account access

  • Suspend the account

  • Block all or part of the features, including:

    • payments

    • deposits

    • withdrawals

    • wallet access

  • Permanently terminate the account

These measures may be taken without prior notice, without obligation to justify, and without compensation, to ensure the safety of users, creators, and the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

Consequences of Suspension or Termination

  • No refund of funds present in the wallet will be made.

  • No accumulated earnings or credited funds will be paid.

Addikme also reserves the right to cooperate with competent authorities and provide any information required under legal obligation or investigation.


4. Prohibited Content

Any content prohibited by law, even if not explicitly listed above, is strictly forbidden.

It is strictly forbidden to post or share any content on Addikme that is :

  • Illegal :

    • Child pornography or any form of sexual exploitation of minors. This type of content is not only illegal but also completely unacceptable.

    • Incestuous content involving real sexual relations between members of the same close family, when prohibited by law or involving identifiable or non-consenting individuals.

    • Content inciting violence, racial, religious, sexual hatred, or any form of discrimination. This includes hate speech, attacks targeting a race, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.

    • Content related to criminal activities, including but not limited to :

      • Fraud

      • Theft

      • Scams

      • Incitement to illegal acts

    • Content exploiting or humiliating individuals in a non-consensual or abusive manner. This includes videos, images, or recordings where people are shown in compromising or humiliating situations without their explicit consent.

    • Content depicting or suggesting acts of necrophilia, in any form. Any content involving deceased individuals in a sexual or erotic context is strictly prohibited.

  • Non-consensual :

    • Any content involving individuals who do not explicitly consent to their participation or to the recording of their images, videos, or performances.

    • Non-consensual acts, whether physical or psychological, shown in content published on the platform.

    • Any content based on false consent, manipulation, coercion, or deception.

    • Use of deepfakes, artificial intelligence, or edits intended to depict a person in a sexual context without their consent.

    • Modification, alteration, or reconstruction of images, videos, or voices for sexual purposes without the explicit authorization of the person concerned.

  • Violence :

    • Any content depicting or promoting gratuitous violence, torture, or physical or psychological abuse.

    • Exploitation of suffering, whether emotional, physical, or psychological, for profit or to shock.

  • Harm to animals :

    • Any content involving animals in a sexual or erotic context is strictly prohibited.

    • Zoophilia or bestiality, in any form.

    • Any depiction, staging, or suggestion of sexual acts between a human and an animal. This type of content is strictly prohibited on Addikme.

  • Scatology and degrading behavior :

    • Scatological content, including fecal, urinary, or any other content considered degrading, dirty, or inappropriate.

    • Degrading behaviors or practices where individuals are forced or encouraged to participate in acts against their human dignity.

  • Intellectual property :

    • Violation of copyright or other creators’ intellectual property rights. This includes, but is not limited to, the unauthorized reproduction of videos, images, music, logos, or third-party works without their explicit consent.

    • Content using trademarks, logos, or copyrighted elements without authorization, whether graphic, audio, or video elements.

  • Fraudulent or malicious behavior :

    • Any attempt at fraud, scam, or manipulation of the platform, whether through false information, falsified data, or impersonation of other users or the platform.

    • Sexual or personal identity theft, including :

      • Creating fake profiles

      • Using someone else’s identity

      • Publishing sexual content under a false identity or without authorization

    • Attempting to hack user accounts or the platform’s system to steal information or alter data.

  • Other unacceptable behaviors :

    • Exploiting users by manipulating, harassing, or encouraging them to perform non-consensual acts.

    • Attempts to scam or manipulate the audience for exploitation purposes.

    • Publishing content for adultery, non-consensual acts, or disrespecting others’ rights. Any content aiming to exploit or abusively manipulate other community members will be immediately removed and may result in account suspension.

This list is not exhaustive, and Addikme reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate, in violation of laws, platform rules, or contrary to the community spirit. Any violation may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice, as well as removal of any problematic content.


5. Prohibited Behaviors

  • Harassment and abuse : Any form of harassment, intimidation, or abuse towards other users and creators is prohibited. Any attempt at manipulation or psychological coercion is also prohibited.

  • Fraud : Any attempt at fraud, manipulation, or hacking of the platform will result in immediate account suspension.

  • Malicious behaviors : This includes attempts to illegally access personal or professional information of other users and creators via the platform.


6. Account Suspension and Termination

Addikme reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of failure to comply with obligations or non-compliance with these Terms of Use. No refunds will be made for any funds present in the wallet, and any accumulated earnings or credits will not be paid out after suspension or termination.

In case of termination for violations :

  • You remain responsible for the content you have published.

  • No accumulated earnings or wallet credits can be refunded or paid out.

  • Termination does not create any obligation to retain data or content.

You are responsible for the use of your account and the information provided. Addikme cannot be held liable for losses resulting from misuse, technical issues, or external incidents.


7. Content Ownership

All content published on Addikme remains the exclusive property of its creators, including texts, photos, videos, audios, zip files, private messages, paid content, stories, reels, wheels, products, and any other type of content, as well as all services offered.

By publishing content on the platform, you grant Addikme a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and display this content within the scope of our services, including :

  • Distribution on the platform and its associated services

  • Promotion and advertising of the content or the platform

  • Display of content on other media related to Addikme

This license does not affect your intellectual property rights. Addikme commits not to sell or exploit your content outside the platform without your explicit consent.


8. Visuals, Illustrations and Content Generated or Assisted by Artificial Intelligence

Addikme may use, on its public pages, blog, help pages, communication materials, presentation interfaces or any other section intended to present the platform, images, illustrations, banners, icons, marketing visuals, graphic content or visual elements created, generated, retouched, enhanced or assisted using digital tools, including artificial intelligence tools.

These visuals are used exclusively for illustrative, aesthetic, informational, promotional or educational purposes. They are intended to present Addikme’s universe, features, services, benefits or certain use cases in a clear, modern and attractive way.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these visuals are non-contractual. They do not constitute an exact, guaranteed or exhaustive representation of the content, profiles, creators, users, services, features, prices, revenues, results, performance, interactions, availability or experiences actually accessible on the platform.

The content, profiles, services, prices, features and conditions actually applicable are those displayed in the platform interface, on the relevant pages, in these General Terms of Use and, where applicable, in the specific conditions applicable to certain services.

Addikme strives to maintain coherent, professional and transparent visual communication. The possible use of visuals generated, retouched or assisted by artificial intelligence does not modify the rights, obligations, guarantees or responsibilities provided for in these General Terms of Use.


9. Responsibility

Users and creators are fully responsible for all content they publish or share on the Addikme platform, including texts, photos, videos, audios, zip files, private messages, paid content, stories, reels, wheels, products, and any other type of content, as well as all services offered on the platform (audio calls, video calls, public lives, private lives, and other paid features).

They are also responsible for the legality, accuracy, and respect of intellectual property rights of this content.

Any failure to comply with these obligations, or any content in violation of applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms of Use, may result in actions by Addikme, including:

  • Immediate removal of the problematic content

  • Temporary suspension of the account

  • Permanent termination of the account, without notice or refund of accumulated earnings or credits in the wallet

By using Addikme, you agree to :

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account

  • Respect intellectual property rights and third-party rights

  • Publish only legal, consensual content in accordance with these Terms of Use

User Responsibility (Fan) :

  • Users are responsible for the legality and compliance of all content they publish or share on the platform, including private messages, comments, tips, reviews, and any other shared content

  • Any violation of these Terms of Use, applicable laws, or third-party rights may result in the suspension or termination of the user account, as well as loss of access to credits in the wallet

Creator Responsibility :

  • Creators are responsible for the legality and compliance of all their content

  • Earnings generated through the platform are subject to legal obligations and compliance with these Terms of Use

  • Any violation may result in suspension or termination of the account, as well as loss of earnings and wallet credits

Account and Wallet Usage :

  • Users and creators are responsible for the security of their account and wallet

  • Addikme cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use, misuse, compromised passwords, or any external technical incident

  • Financial transactions made through the platform are the responsibility of the user; Addikme cannot be held liable for losses or errors related to external payment providers

Limitation of Liability :

  • Addikme shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, service interruptions, technical errors, or incidents related to third parties or your hardware

  • In the event of disputes regarding payments, deposits, or withdrawals, Addikme may provide information and assistance, but cannot be held responsible for delays or fees applied by external providers

Duty to Notify :

  • You must immediately inform Addikme of any unauthorized use or suspicious activity on your account

  • Failure to comply with this obligation may make you liable in the event of loss or incident

Addikme acts only as a technical intermediary and does not provide any financial, tax, or investment advice.


10. Compliance with Terms of Use and Applicable Laws

By using the Addikme platform, users and creators agree to comply with :

  • These Terms of Use (ToU)

  • All applicable laws and regulations:

    • In their country of residence

    • In the country from which the content is published

    • In the countries where the content is accessed or viewed

Legal Responsibility

Users and creators acknowledge that they are solely responsible for :

  • The content they publish, share, or monetize

  • The legal compliance of their activities on the platform

  • Compliance with laws, including but not limited to:

    • Protection of minors

    • Consent

    • Intellectual property rights

    • Personal data protection

    • Applicable tax and social regulations

    • Laws regulating adult content

Legal Differences Between Countries

Users and creators acknowledge that :

  • Certain practices, content, or services may be legal in one country and prohibited in another

  • It is their responsibility to verify the legality of their activity before using the platform

  • Addikme cannot be held liable for use of the platform that does not comply with local or international laws

Cooperation with Authorities

Addikme reserves the right to :

  • Cooperate with competent authorities when required by law

  • Provide legally required information in the context of investigations, judicial requests, or regulatory obligations

Sanctions for Non-Compliance

Any violation of the Terms of Use or applicable laws may result in :

  • Immediate removal of the relevant content

  • Suspension or termination of the account

  • Loss of earnings and wallet credits, in accordance with these Terms of Use


11. Withdrawals

For creators, withdrawing your earnings is subject to certain conditions:

  • Verified account : you must have a verified creator account (KYC).

  • Minimum balance : €50 or equivalent in your currency.

  • Payment method : bank transfer or any other available payment method.

  • Fees and commissions :

    • Depending on the chosen method, processing, network, or conversion fees may be applied by the external provider.

    • Addikme deducts a standard commission from your earnings, clearly displayed before withdrawal.

    • You will be informed of the exact amount of fees and commissions, and they will appear on your statement.

  • Payment period : weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on your choice.

  • Processing time : depending on the selected payment method (instant or within 1–7 business days).

  • Security and checks : automatic and manual controls to protect your funds.

Addikme reserves the right to delay a withdrawal in case of compliance verification.

12. Deposits

To fund your wallet on the platform:

  • Active account : the account must be active and not suspended.

  • Age verification : confirmation via our age verification partner.

  • Minimum and maximum amount : €20 minimum, €400 maximum (may vary depending on payment method and verification level).

  • Accepted payment methods : credit/debit card or any other payment option available on the platform.

  • Transaction fees : included in the total amount displayed before confirmation. Depending on the provider and country, external fees or VAT may apply.

  • Payment security : certified providers, confidential data, automatic controls.

  • Processing time : usually instant or a few minutes depending on the chosen method.

13. Crowdfunding Campaigns

13.1. Purpose of Crowdfunding Campaigns

Addikme allows Creators to publish crowdfunding campaigns in order to present a project, need or objective and receive voluntary support from Users of the platform.

Contributions made as part of a campaign are considered donations intended to support the Creator and the project presented.

They do not constitute an investment, loan or acquisition of any financial interest and do not entitle contributors to any interest, return, financial benefit or ownership right in the Creator’s project.

13.2. Funding Goal

The Creator may set a target amount for the campaign.

This goal is displayed for informational purposes only and allows Users to understand the amount the Creator wishes to raise.

The campaign does not operate on an all-or-nothing basis and the release of funds is not conditional upon the funding goal being reached.

Therefore, if the target amount is not reached, the contributions already received remain valid and may be paid to the Creator in accordance with the rules applicable to earnings and withdrawals on the platform.

Failure to reach the funding goal does not automatically entitle contributors to a refund.

13.3. Creator’s Responsibility

The Creator is solely responsible for the campaign published and for all information, descriptions, images, objectives, commitments and statements included in it.

The Creator agrees in particular to :

  • present the campaign clearly, honestly and in sufficient detail

  • provide accurate, fair and non-misleading information

  • not mislead Users regarding the nature, purpose or intended use of the funds

  • use the funds received in accordance with the purpose announced in the campaign

  • inform contributors of any significant change affecting the project

  • comply with any commitments presented as part of the campaign

  • comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws

The Creator remains solely responsible for the completion, progress, postponement, modification or abandonment of the project.

13.4. Prohibited Campaigns

It is strictly prohibited to create or publish a campaign :

  • with an illegal, fraudulent or misleading purpose, or which violates these Terms of Use

  • based on false, incomplete or misleading information

  • intended to finance any activity, product, service or content prohibited on Addikme

  • which infringes the rights, safety, privacy or interests of any third party

  • which uses the identity, image, content or intellectual property of a third party without authorization

  • intended to circumvent the platform’s payment, withdrawal or commission rules

  • intended to artificially generate transactions, earnings, credits or benefits

  • presenting a risk of fraud, money laundering, scam or financing of a prohibited activity

  • containing false, unrealistic or unverifiable promises

  • requesting contributions through payment methods outside the official methods offered by Addikme

  • encouraging contributors to continue payments or financial exchanges outside the platform

This list is not exhaustive. Addikme reserves the right to consider prohibited any campaign that presents a risk to Users, Creators, third parties or the platform.

13.5. Review, Suspension and Cancellation of a Campaign

Addikme reserves the right to review a campaign before or after publication.

In the event of doubt, a report, a dispute, a breach of these Terms of Use or a risk to the platform or its Users, Addikme may in particular :

  • request additional information or supporting documents from the Creator

  • temporarily hide the campaign

  • suspend the collection of contributions

  • temporarily block the related funds

  • request the modification or removal of certain content

  • permanently cancel the campaign

These measures may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect Users, contributors, third parties or the platform.

13.6. Cancellation and Refund of Contributions

Failure to reach the funding goal does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

Contributions are refunded to contributors only when Addikme decides to cancel the campaign, in particular because of :

  • a breach of these Terms of Use

  • false, misleading or fraudulent information

  • an illegal or prohibited purpose

  • a risk of fraud or abuse

  • an infringement of the rights or safety of a third party

  • a clear misuse of the crowdfunding campaign system

  • any other serious breach of the platform’s rules

When a campaign is cancelled by Addikme, the related contributions are credited back to contributors in accordance with the procedures applicable on the platform.

The Creator may not claim any payment in connection with a cancelled campaign, and any funds that have not yet been withdrawn may be blocked or cancelled.

13.7. Availability of Funds

Contributions received as part of a campaign may remain temporarily pending while Addikme carries out security, compliance or validation checks.

Provided that the campaign is not suspended or cancelled, the funds collected become available to the Creator in accordance with the rules applicable to earnings and withdrawals.

The amount collected may be paid to the Creator even if the original funding goal has not been reached.

13.8. Role and Liability of Addikme

Addikme acts solely as a technical intermediary allowing Creators to present a campaign and Users to contribute to it.

Addikme is not the organizer, project owner or beneficiary of the project presented by the Creator.

Addikme does not guarantee :

  • that the campaign goal will be reached

  • that the project will be completed

  • that the project will be completed within the announced timeframe

  • that the funds will be used exactly as described by the Creator

  • that contributors’ expectations will be met

Subject to applicable legal obligations, Addikme cannot be held liable for the performance, delay, modification, failure or abandonment of the project by the Creator.

13.9. Fees and Commissions

Contributions and earnings generated through crowdfunding campaigns are subject to the fees, commissions and processing rules applicable on Addikme.

The applicable information is displayed on the platform or in the relevant sections before the transactions are confirmed.

These conditions may change for future campaigns or contributions.

13.10. Fraud and Sanctions

Any fraudulent or abusive use of the crowdfunding campaign system may result in :

  • cancellation of the campaign

  • refund of contributors

  • blocking or cancellation of the funds collected

  • suspension or termination of the Creator’s account

  • removal of the related content

  • any other measure necessary to protect the platform and its Users

Addikme also reserves the right to disclose any necessary information to payment service providers or competent authorities where required by law.


14. Referral Program

14.1. Purpose of the Program
The referral program allows users of the platform to invite new users, whether Fans or Creators, and to earn credits when their referred users carry out transactions on the platform.

14.2. Conditions for Credit Attribution
For each new referral, the credits attributed to the referrer are calculated according to the conditions in force at the time the referred user registers.
These conditions may include, in particular, the credit rate granted, the attribution period, or the number of transactions taken into account.

14.3. Use of Credits
Credits generated under the referral program may be used exclusively on the platform, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these credits do not constitute a withdrawable monetary amount.

14.4. No Impact on Referred Users
The credits granted to the referrer have no impact on the income, earnings, or benefits of the referred user, whether a Fan or a Creator.

14.5. Non-Cumulative Commissions
Only one referral commission may be awarded per transaction.
In the event that multiple referrals are applicable to the same transaction, no cumulative commissions may be applied.
The platform reserves the exclusive right to determine the allocation of such commissions, including giving priority to the referral of the Creator responsible for the content or transaction.
No dispute regarding the non-cumulative nature of commissions or the method of allocation may be upheld, which users expressly acknowledge and accept.

14.6. Abuse and Fraud
To ensure the integrity of the referral program and prevent any abuse or misuse, it is strictly prohibited for any user to create, use, or manipulate accounts with the purpose of artificially generating referral commissions.
The following actions, without limitation, are considered fraudulent and prohibited :

  • Creating multiple or fictitious accounts by the same user to receive commissions

  • Direct or indirect self-referral by a user or a related party aimed at circumventing the program’s rules

  • Any manipulation or attempt to manipulate transactions, credits, or referral mechanisms to gain an undue advantage

The platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to :

  • cancel any referral commission obtained fraudulently

  • suspend or delete any account involved in fraudulent activities

  • take any corrective measures necessary to protect the integrity of the program

By participating in the referral program, users acknowledge that they have read and understood these rules and agree to comply with them under penalty of the sanctions described above.

14.7. Program Modifications
The platform reserves the right to modify the conditions of the referral program at any time.
Any modifications apply only to new referrals and have no retroactive effect on credits already granted according to the conditions in effect at the time of the referral.

14.8. Consultation of Current Conditions
The rates, durations, and applicable terms of the referral program currently in force may be consulted at any time from the user’s personal area, via the referral dashboard.
Access to this section may require the user to be logged into their account.


15. Changes to the Terms of Use

Addikme reserves the right to modify, update, or supplement these Terms of Use (TOU) at any time, in particular to :

  • comply with legal or regulatory developments

  • improve the platform and its features

  • strengthen the security, compliance, or protection of users and the platform

Effective date of modifications

The updated TOU come into effect:

  • upon their publication on the platform, or

  • on the date indicated in the update notification, if applicable

A notice of modification may be communicated by any means deemed appropriate by Addikme, including :

  • notification on the platform

  • email

  • message at login

Acceptance of the new TOU

Continuing to use the platform after the TOU have been updated constitutes full and complete acceptance of the new terms.

When required, explicit acceptance may be requested in order to continue accessing Addikme services.

Refusal of modifications

In case of refusal of the new TOU :

  • access to all or part of the platform may be suspended or restricted

  • the account may be deactivated or terminated, in accordance with these TOU

No refund of earnings, credits, or funds in the wallet may be demanded in case of termination related to refusal of the TOU

Responsibility to check

It is the responsibility of each user and creator to regularly review the TOU to be aware of any changes.
Addikme cannot be held responsible for failing to consult the updated TOU.


16. Force Majeure

Addikme cannot be held liable for any delay, suspension, or inability to perform all or part of its obligations resulting from a force majeure event, as recognized by applicable law and case law.

The following are considered force majeure events, without this list being exhaustive :

  • technical, IT, or server failures

  • interruptions or failures of communication networks

  • unavailability or failure of third-party providers (payment, KYC, age verification, hosting, blockchain, etc.)

  • cyberattacks, hacking, viruses, intrusions, or malicious acts

  • natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.)

  • armed conflicts, strikes, riots, terrorist acts

  • administrative, judicial, or regulatory decisions

  • legal or regulatory changes affecting the platform

In the event of force majeure, Addikme reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to all or part of the platform, without prior notice or compensation, and without this giving the right to a refund of funds present in the wallet.


17. Partial Invalidity

If one or more provisions of these Terms of Use are declared null, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by a competent jurisdiction :

  • the remaining provisions will retain their full validity and scope

  • the affected clause will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intention, in compliance with applicable law

Partial invalidity of a clause shall in no way affect the validity of the entire TOU.


18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use (TOU) are governed by the law applicable at the place of the registered office of the company operating the Addikme platform.

Amicable Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or validity of these TOU, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before initiating any legal action.

Competent Court

Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of Addikme’s registered office, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

International Use of the Platform

Users and creators acknowledge and accept that :

  • Access to and use of the platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries or jurisdictions

  • It is their responsibility to verify the legality of using Addikme’s services in their country, particularly with regard to :

    • adult content

    • digital transactions
