Rules to follow and prohibited practices

The Addikme Ambassador Program allows you to introduce the platform to new Creators and Fans through your personal link.

You are free to choose how and where you promote Addikme, provided that you follow a few essential rules designed to protect users, Ambassadors and the reliability of the program.

What you can do ✅

You can freely promote Addikme while respecting the applicable rules and the terms of the platforms you use.

You can notably:

• share your Ambassador link on your social networks

• share it on your website, blog or with your community

• recommend Addikme to your contacts or audience

• present the opportunities available to Creators and Fans

• share your personal experience with Addikme

• adapt your communication to the different channels you use

👉 Natural, transparent and targeted promotion remains the best way to develop your Ambassador activity.

What you must not do ❌

Certain practices are incompatible with the Ambassador Program and may result in action being taken on your account.

In particular, it is prohibited to:

• send your link on a massive scale or engage in spam

• use misleading, false or deliberately ambiguous messages

• create or use fake accounts to artificially generate affiliations or commissions

• refer yourself, directly or indirectly

• artificially manipulate registrations, activity or performance linked to your Ambassador account

• use another person’s identity or impersonate Addikme

• present yourself as an official member of the Addikme team or support when this is not the case

• circumvent the program’s terms or control mechanisms

• use any fraudulent practice intended to improperly obtain commissions

⚠️ This list is not exhaustive. Any abusive or fraudulent practice, or any attempt to misuse the normal operation of the program, may be considered a violation of its terms.

Direct or indirect self-referral ❌

Your Ambassador account must not be used to earn commissions from your own activity.

In particular, it is prohibited to:

• use another account to refer yourself

• use a third-party account that you control in order to generate commissions

• affiliate a Creator account in which you directly participate or whose activity you operate yourself

• set up an arrangement whose purpose is to earn a commission from your own activity

👉 Referring a spouse, relative or someone close to you is not prohibited in itself, provided that they are a real user whose activity is separate from your own.

However, if you directly participate in the activity or monetized content of the referred Creator account, or if you operate that activity yourself, the affiliation may be considered indirect self-referral and may not be eligible for commissions.

Respect the rules of the platforms you use

When you share your Ambassador link on a social network, website, forum, community or any other external service, you must also comply with the rules of that service.

This notably means:

• not posting your link in spaces where this type of promotion is prohibited

• respecting the rules regarding promotional content and links

• not circumventing restrictions put in place by the platforms you use

• adapting your communication to the relevant audience and context

👉 The fact that a link is allowed by Addikme does not automatically mean that it can be posted everywhere without taking the rules of the relevant service into account.

Addikme is for adults only 🔞 ❌

Addikme is a platform exclusively reserved for adults.

Your communication and promotional activities must therefore never deliberately target minors or attempt to encourage them to join the platform.

When choosing your promotional channels and audience, always make sure to respect this essential requirement.

Fraud and manipulation of the program ❌

The Ambassador Program is based on genuine affiliations between an Ambassador and new users who join Addikme.

It is prohibited to attempt to manipulate this system, notably through:

• the creation of fake accounts

• artificial registrations

• deliberately false information

• techniques intended to artificially assign an affiliation

• any other practice intended to generate commissions fraudulently

💡 An affiliation must correspond to genuine and normal use of the program.

What can happen in case of abuse? 

In the event of fraud, abuse or failure to comply with the program terms, Addikme may take the necessary measures to protect the program and its users.

Depending on the situation, this may notably include:

• verification of certain affiliations or activities

• cancellation of affiliations or commissions obtained improperly

• restriction or suspension of the Ambassador account

• account closure in the event of serious or repeated abuse

The measures applied depend on the situation and the current terms of the Ambassador Program.
